This coffee offers a full, creamy, and smooth body with a mild-to-medium acidity, where the natural low acidity of the Brazilian beans beautifully rounds out the brighter, citric acidity of the Burundi beans. The flavor profile features dominant notes of classic Brazilian character—milk chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts—providing a rich, comforting foundation. These are elevated by complex, vibrant accent notes from the Burundi beans, including various stone fruits (peach, apricot), dark fruits (blackcurrant, raisin, cherry), and subtle hints of spice (clove). The result is a sophisticated, well-rounded cup that showcases the best of both origins. Medium to dark roast.
